The house is located in the new tourist resort Pula Veruda, in the cove Veruda, only 5 minutes walk away from marina and aprox. 900 m away from the beach(see map).
In the house are only two apartments for rent:
Apartment 1 (57 m2) – on the ground floor, complete kitchen, bathroom, 4 + 1 beds living room (1 bed), two bedrooms (2x2 beds) , storeroom, balcony, TV, central heating.
Apartment 2 (83 m2) – on the first floor, complete kitchen, bathroom, 6+2 beds living room, three bedrooms (3x2 beds), storeroom, 2 balcony’s, TV, central heating, possibility for 2 extra beds
